Trouble Shooting

The product doesn’t light when power is on.

You should check each of the connections starting with the adaptor jack to ensure it is fully inserted into the base. Proceed then with checking that the adaptor is securely plugged into an AC outlet and that the On/Off switch is switched to ON position. If the base still does not light after these steps but the color wheel is turning, then follow the bulb replacement instructions included with your tree.

The bulb is lit, but the color wheel is not turning.

Unplug the adaptor from the outlet and remove the jack from the base. Remove the top cover from the base. Check the tightness of the nut at the top of the color wheel. The nut might be loose or too tight. Tighten or loosen in order for it to spin. Reassemble base in reverse order and test with power again.

The color wheel is turning, but the light is off.

Replace halogen bulb – follow bulb replacement instructions included with your tree.

My tree doesn’t look like the picture.

If once the tree has been assembled it doesn’t look as full as the picture, you can increase the fullness of the look of your tree by shaping each branch very carefully. The branches have been condensed by placing into the box and can be easily reshaped to their original fullness by bending and separating each of the branches in a more realistic manner.
